Training and Mentorship
Here at Principia, our people are our biggest asset. To ensure that all Principians are always up to the task, Principia provides in-house training programs, CFA sponsorship, as well as buddy and mentorship programs. Life-long learning is at the center of all we do.
Outing and Events
Principia hosts exciting getaways and fun outings to ensure that our team members can properly unwind and de-stress before coming back to the office fully recharged.
In addition, we reward ourselves with frequent company gatherings to express our gratitude for the contributions each of our members brings to the organization.
Wellness
At Principia, we care deeply about the physical health of all of our employees. Our office has a dedicated gym complete with a personal trainer.

CSR
Principia actively gives back through PrincipiAid, which provides donations to causes and organizations that create a positive impact on the environment and society.
We have contributed to various causes throughout the years, including the development of water and piping system for an arid village in West Sumba, disaster relief efforts for the victims of the Semeru Eruption, Habitat for Humanity, beach cleanups, and educational opportunities for underprivileged children.
