Nathanael Siagian
Vice President
Nathan joined Principia in 2014 and has been involved in the FMCG, cargo, and mining sectors. Prior to joining Principia, he worked at Mandiri Sekuritas and AJ Capital Advisory.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree of Commerce from the University of Western Australia, and a Master of Applied Finance from the University of Wollongong.
Thea Dotulong
Vice President
Thea joined Principia in 2019 and has been involved in managing projects in the consumer sector and public policy. Prior to joining Principia, she worked at The Aspen Institute and The Jakarta Post.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Wesleyan University.
Winner Manalu
Vice President
During his tenure at Principia, Winner has been primarily involved in managing investments in the steel, petrochemical, and automotive sectors. He previously worked at Sinar Mas Oleochemical and Arghajata Consulting.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB). He is also a CFA Charterholder.
Bhagas Handoyo
Associate
Bhagas specializes in deal structuring and execution, as well as developing high-level strategies for Principia and its affiliated entities.
He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from University of Indonesia.
Hilda Yanuar
Associate
Hilda is well-versed in FMCG and retail operations, as well as investor relations.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from Bandung Institute of Technology (ITB) and a Master of Public Policy from the London School of Economics (LSE).
Faris Poerwowinoto
Associate
Faris focuses on deal executions as well as portfolio management.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from University of Indonesia.
Jonathan Sorensen
Junior Associate
Jonathan has been actively involved in managing Principia’s real estate investment portfolio since joining the firm in 2020.
Jonathan obtained a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Universitas Gadjah Mada in 2019. Prior to Principia, Jonathan briefly worked in the banking, chemical, and e-commerce industries.
Ashania Rahmadhani
Junior Associate
Ashania is well-versed in government relations. In Principia, she is part of the deal origination team.
Prior to joining Principia, Ashania worked in one of the top e-commerce companies in Indonesia. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from University of Indonesia.
Rafi Sjarif
Junior Associate
Rafi focuses on deal origination, investor relations, and stakeholder management.
He worked for one of the Big Four advisory firms in Indonesia before joining Principia. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from University of Indonesia, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Marketing from University of Melbourne.
Jezia Armynta
Junior Associate
Jezia is actively engaged in managing Principia’s investment portfolio and deal execution.
She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from University of Indonesia.

Principia’s organizational processes are structured in such a way that our staffs continuously obtain formal and informal training through structured in-house training sessions on technical topics like Corporate Finance and Deal Making, training seminars on soft-skills, case reviews during annual company meetings, coaching and mentoring programs, and “Book of the Year” programs.
