SENIOR ANALYST

Requirements:

  • Professionals with 3-4 work experience in related field.
  • Outstanding academic achievement, able to perform advanced analytical tasks, has strong leadership skills.
  • Possess the following key traits to perform well in a dynamic work environment:
    • Great attitude, good team player, and willingness to learn;
    • Energetic, enthusiastic and pro-active, able to work in a fast-paced and detail oriented environment with minimum supervision;
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to express thoughts succinctly and accurately to others.
  • Having passed Level 1 of the CFA Program is a plus.

Analyst

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates from reputable university, or less than two years of work experience.
  • Outstanding academic achievements, with min. GPA 3.5.
  • Great attitude, good team player, willing to learn, energetic, and pro-active.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • CFA Level 1 certification is a plus.

IT Technical Support Professional

Requirements:

  • Potential talent, maximum 30 years old.
  • Degree in information technology, system information, or computer science.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Required Technical Skills.
  • Good working and fundamental knowledge on:
    • Microsoft 365 Cloud, including OneDrive, Teams, and 365 applications.
    • Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
    • Microsoft Windows 11 OS.
    • Familiarity with the Microsoft Patching process and procedure.
    • Cloud Networking like Cisco Meraki, Wired, and Wireless technologies (having a CCNA certificate is a plus).
    • Good working knowledge of managing iOS and Android devices to device management.
    • HP or equivalent printer troubleshooting.
    • Performing electrical safety checks on the company’s computer equipment.
    • Familiarity with SaaS applications like BOX, DropBox, and Nimble will be an advantage.

 

Job Description:

  • You will be right at the heart of matters as you need to deal directly with employees and end users who have technical problems such as trouble with their email accounts, forgotten passwords, or viruses.
  • Typical Technical Support responsibilities include:
    • Installation & configuration of a company’s computer hardware operating systems and applications.
    • Maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and systems.
    • Logging the queries of employees.
    • Analysis of call logs to discover any underlying issues or trends.
    • Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
    • Testing and evaluating new technology.
    • Responding to call-outs in a timely fashion.
    • Following instructions, either written or in diagram form, to set up a system or fix a fault.
    • Provide support to various business applications.
    • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
    • Talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
