SENIOR ANALYST

Requirements:

  • Professionals with 3-4 work experience in related field.

Requirements:

Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Accounting Degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably has experience as external auditor from reputable public accountant
  • Knowledgeable in accounting principles, standards, and practices, mainly PSAK.
  • Knowledgeable in local taxation regulations.
  • Good mix of financial management, planning, analytical skill, co-ordination skills and understanding of internal controls & processes.
  • Proficiency in operating Microsoft Office especially in Microsoft
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Creative thinker who possesses the ability to simplify processes to add value.

 

Job Description:

Candidate must be able to work as a team, to supervise a team and work independently based on the tasks to be assigned, with the following key responsibilities:

FINANCE

  • Ensure day to day operation relating to invoicing, payments and disbursement in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
  • Ensure banking process and administration are manageable.
  • Prepare necessary agreement as required.
  • Understand withholding tax impact to each type of invoice for accurate payments.

 

ACCOUNTING

  • Responsible in all aspecs of accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivables, petty cash, billings, bank reconciliation, loans, taxation and balance sheet reconciliation, etc.).
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of day-to-day bookkeeping and administration.
  • Ensure all accounting records and filings are maintained in a well-organized and timely manner.
  • Responsible with month-end, year-end closings and supporting the supervisor in carrying out the responsibilities of the finance and accounting department.
  • Prepare analysis of accounts and accounting data as requested.
  • Ensure that financial controls are in place and monitored appropriately in light of current business needs, risks and corporate governance requirements.
  • Liaise with external auditor to ensure timely completion of annual audit process.

 

TAX

  • Liaise and collaborate with tax consultant to ensure compliance with tax regulations including appropriate submission of monthly and annual tax
  • Able to address tax implication in every transaction and give recommendation for resolving it.

 

Accountant (Finance & Accounting)

Key Qualifications

The candidate should have:

  • Bachelor’s Accounting Degree.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
  • Maximum 27 years old
  • Knowledgeable in accounting principles, standards, and practices, mainly PSAK.
  • Knowledgeable in local taxation regulations.
  • Proficiency in operating Microsoft Office especially in Microsoft
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Good verbal and written communications skills.

 

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for the general accounting, finance and tax function such as:·

 

FINANCE

  • Support day to day operation relating to invoicing, payments and disbursement in compliance with accepted policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for banking process and administr
  • Able to identify and applying withholding tax to transactions for accurate payments.
  • Administer petty cash usage and monitoring cash advance request and acknowledgement.

 

ACCOUNTING

  • Manage and maintain in all aspecs of accounting including preparing financial statement schedule i.e. accounts payable, accounts receivables, petty cash, billings, bank reconciliation, loans, taxation, etc.).
  • Having appropriate logical thinking to prepare necessary reconciliation i.e. Sales, Inventory, Bank, Purchase, Taxes, etc.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of day-to-day bookkeeping and administration
  • Ensure all accounting records and filings are maintained in a well-organized and timely manner.
  • Supporting the manager in carrying out the responsibilities of the finance and accounting departmente.: month end closing, year end closing, internal report, external queries, etc.
  • Assist manager in year-end closings and audit process.
  • Assist finance and account department in implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.

 

TAX

  • Assist manager to liaise with tax consultant to provide necessary data required for monthly and annual tax reporting.

Assist team for internally prepared monthly tax reporting: prepare id billing, submit monthly tax report via e-spt, etc.

Technical Support Professional

Requirements:

  • Potential talent, maximum 30 years old.
  • Degree in information technology, system information, or computer science.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Required Technical Skills.
  • Good working and fundamental knowledge on:
    • Microsoft 365 Cloud, including OneDrive, Teams, and 365 applications.
    • Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
    • Microsoft Windows 11 OS.
    • Familiarity with the Microsoft Patching process and procedure.
    • Cloud Networking like Cisco Meraki, Wired, and Wireless technologies (having a CCNA certificate is a plus).
    • Good working knowledge of managing iOS and Android devices to device management.
    • HP or equivalent printer troubleshooting.
    • Performing electrical safety checks on the company’s computer equipment.
    • Familiarity with SaaS applications like BOX, DropBox, and Nimble will be an advantage.
